Snobby Cow came to life in 2010 by the creativity of Frances Hardaker.  The woman owned company is located in Auburn, California.

The brand began as a home business amongst a network of friends, filling the niche of both social gathering and clothing/accessory exchange. These events were so successful that they expanded into many types of public events with many customers returning year after year. These events include Holiday Markets, Street Fairs, Rodeo Circuits, Wineries and select fashion boutiques. The unique “By Frances” line is designed by Frances herself, handcrafted in the USA.

We have expanded the line to include Home Décor and Sporting Accessories for those who are passionate about decorating, hunting, horsemanship and travel. Our styles are unique and suitable for all.
